I joined Skyline, Citi’s internal creative agency, in spring 2024 as a UX/UI copywriter, where I’ve been putting my tech background to work turning complex information into user-friendly digital advertising that gets clicks.

These digital display banners showcase all the ways cardmembers can spend Citi ThankYou® Points using pithy, aspirational copy to spark engagement.


LANDING PAGES

Citi travel partner American Airlines enlisted the UX team to create two new landing pages for the Citi® / AAdvantage® suite of cards. These UX-optimized pages resulted in a conversion increase in both AAdvantage® card applications and Citi Flex Pay bookings.

  1. An AA-branded page to highlight a new cardmember offer for 50,000 bonus miles and lay out the card benefits in a simple, scannable format.

  2. A Citi-branded page to call out a new Flex Pay benefit that conveniently allows customers to book now and pay later.
